Today, as always, I ran three miles and went riding. So what does that mean? It means a pre/post riding/running snack of the day!
Sometimes my stomach gets upset when I ride, so I kept it light. I had a banana with a chocolate peanut butter sauce that had sunflower seeds, almond milk, peanut butter, and chocolate protein powder. It was delicious!!
Ps.. I had a great run AND ride today! Woohoo!!
